This blog is a place to gather my stories, thoughts, photos, and lessons learned as I move towards my wise old age. I want to share years of psychotherapy, being a psychotherapist, meditating, teaching meditation, studying Buddhism, traveling, and all-around living. Unless otherwise noted, I took all the photos using my small point-and-shoot camera or my iPhone.
New to blogs? It can be fun to have blogs you enjoy delivered to you. When you sign up with your email address, new posts will be delivered to your inbox (mine is currently set up to go out once a week–don’t worry, your inbox will not get clogged!).
Or you can create your own “magazine” through an RSS feed service (I use and like one called Feedly). You can set it up through your computer (e.g., go to Feedly.com) or as an app on your smart phone or tablet. Once you’ve set that up you can search for any blog in that site, or you can come back here and hover over the orange RSS button to add my blog to your list. Then you visit that RSS feed site or app when you want and see what’s been delivered to your own personal magazine.
As I continue to post, the “tag cloud” will continue to grow down on the right side of the page. You can click on any word to read the posts that were tagged with that topic.
Feel free to add comments to any posting; that’s a fun part of blogs–the community that can develop via the comments.
Any stories I tell will be with permission and altered to protect people’s privacy. Any concerns can be sent to me via the email contact which is private, never posted to the blog.
